  • Mounting of feed exchangers to heat the product mix containing hydrogen, Pop = 5,5 MPa, Top = 400ºС during the diesel oil production.
    The unit was put into operation at the refinery of OJSC “APC” in 2007.
  • Modification of the vacuum column entrance subassemblies and homing action calculations for two-line transfer pipelines having three increasers Dy 300 to Dy 900 from the furnace to the vacuum column including the choice of support types, number and location.

  • U-shaped bundle of the high-pressure heat exchanger used for methanol production processing line at OJSC “TogliattiAZOT”.   The heat exchanger design is protected by utility patent № 46841.
  • Cyclic strength research of the high-pressure polyethylene production reactor under blasting pressure build-up up to 185 MPa and temperature up to the 1000ºС was made for OJSC “Angarsk polymer plant”, OJSC “ORG-Syntez”, Ufa and OJSC “ORG-Syntez”, Kazan. 2006-2008.

  •   Acoustic emission investigations:
    – Tube furnaces coils for petrochemical production facilities.
    The values for main acoustic characteristics were studied and defined (acoustic emission propagation velocity, attenuation coefficients) either for pneumatic or hydraulic loadings; inspection preparation procedure was               rationalized:  choice of simulator, location cells configuration, unwanted sounds level evaluation and their minimization.
    – Underground reservoirs of liquefied gas units.
    Interfering factors were studied and defined as well as steel emissivities, threshold coefficients, arrangement of acoustic emission transducers and their bunching into location groups.  The requirements for AE-control data rapid assessment and data prefiltration were developed.  The recommendations concerning additional control and AE source location update were given.  The evaluation procedure upon local-dynamic criteria was introduced.
  • The model of droplet separator with angular knock-out drum that changes the gas flow direction inside the apparatus and decreases flow rate.  Mounting of such a drum into the droplet separator increased the efficiency of droplet deposition from 65% to 85%. OJSC “APC”. 2007.

  • Industrial equipment certification department was established; it was accredited by the Federal agency for technical regulations and metrology to conduct certification tests of reactors, autoclaves, vessels, towers, cylinders, pipes and tubes, valves, pressure-sealing systems, pump and compressor equipment, etc.
    Test beds allow to conduct:
    – strength hydrostatic tests under pressure up to 1600 MPa;
    – cyclic strength tests under pressure up to 600 MPa;
    – pneumatic leak tests of the items under pressure up to 300 MPa at the temperature from -50oС to +500oС;
    – temperature tests at the temperature to +600oС;
    – valve bonfire fire-resistance tests at the temperature to +1000oС.

  • Blowout preventer disassembly tool was designed and manufactured.
  • Complex of equipment for gold-mining industry enterprises according to the technologies of OJSC “Irgiredmet”.  The equipment has an admission of Rostehnadzor (Federal Service of Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision). 2008.
