  • The first domestic ammonia synthesis units of 600 and 1360 tons/day were designed and manufactured. The equipment was modernized.
  • The design and manufacture of the first large-sized high-pressure vessels was assimilated.
  • The equipment for lines of vegetable feed hydrolysis by concentrated acids with a capacity of 4.75 tons of monosaccharides per hour was designed and implemented.
  • According to the Institute technical documentation, production and delivery of high-pressure pipelines in batch for large-capacity ammonia production facilities have been performed.
  • Auger-drill hydrolyzer for moss young peat was developed and manufactured.
  • Series production of fermenters for antibiotics and enzyme production was set up.

  • High-pressure equipment of furfuryl and tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol unit for Kirov biochemical plant was created.
  • Autoclaves to obtain artificial quartz were introduced.
  • An industrial wastewater liquid-phase oxidation unit for Monino worsted combine.
  • Agricultural enzymatic agents production processing line equipment with the performance of 250 tons/day of equivalent and continuous single-phase vegetable feed hydrolysis unit with the performance of 12 tons/hour with top feed were developed and manufactured.
  • High-pressure vessel core fastener engine driven tensioning unit was constructed.
  • The unique closed circulation circuit to test the main circulating pumps (GCN-200000) for nuclear power plant was manufactured.
  • Domestic pipeline fittings production to use in a high-pressure polyethylene production facility was organized.  Documentation on pipeline fittings under pressure 150 MPa was developed.
  • Yeast propagators were developed and set up into series production:  for the protein-vitamin concentrates from oil n-paraffins (ADR-960-76) and nutrient yeast from vegetable feed (EVC-1250, 650, 320 m3).
  • Jet fermenter to produce proteinous-vitamin concentrations from natural gas was designed and manufactured.
  • Unit equipment to cultivate pure culture yeast used in furfural production processing line with a capacity of 12,000 tons/year and 38,000 tons/year of yeast was developed and manufactured.
  • A titanium alloy hydrolysis apparatus of intermittent action V = 50 m3 was designed and manufactured.
  • Eddy-current testing unit to inspect strip panel welds used during fabrication of high-pressure scroll vessels was designed and implemented.
