  • The inlet and outlet manifolds for the Karachaganakskoe (Kazakhstan) and Kokdumalakskoe (Uzbekistan)  oil/gas/condensate fields have been developed.
  • For a large-capacity AKD-86M carbamide unit, a carbamide column with 135 th.tons/yr capacity in forged-welded design, as well as equipment for the melamine production from carbamide with 20 and 30 th.tons/yr capacity, were developed.
  • The autoclave D 1000mm for 14 MPa pressure  and the 150 MPa high-pressure polyethylene reactor pressure vessel were developed.
  • Alcohol and beer columns were designed and manufactured.
  • According to the Institute’s technical documentation the new construction of a gas cooler to be used in the EP-300 ethylene-propylene production unit was manufactured.
  • In conjunction with VNIPINEFT and an American company “Lumus-Global” the hydrocracker capable to produce 1 mln. tons/year for OJSC “Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez” was developed.
  • New horizontal water preheaters of ammonia synthesis facilities were developed for the Production association “Azot” (Severodonetsk, Ukraine) and the Production association “Electrohimprom” (Chirchik, Uzbekistan).
  • According to engineering solutions and technologies developed unique repairs on the 103 D secondary reformer and on the butadiene fraction spherical vessel at the Angarsk petrochemical combine were made.
  • Heat indicators to measure crystallizing media flow rate were designed, manufactured and delivered to OJSC “Sayanskhimprom”.
  • High-efficiency 1,2 dichloroethane reactor construction with jet-ejection mixers to obtain dichloroethane using high-temperature ethylene chlorination was designed, manufactured and implemented at OJSC “Sayanskhimplast”.
  • Expert examination and insurance of high-risk facilities was carried out.
  • Monitoring system to use at chemical and petrochemical facilities was implemented; practices and regulatory documentation to determine residual life of equipment to consequently issue the technical approval on its further operation were developed.
  • The new examination techniques were assimilated: thermal-imaging emission, vibration diagnostics for pump and compressor equipment and acoustic methods of leak detection.
  • Process pipelines used on main oil and gas pipeline fire explosive facilities and pipelines used on hot and cold water trunk pipelines to establish their technical state and residual life were inspected.
  • NDT personnel certification concerning facilities regulated by Gosgortechnadzor (State Committee for Industrial and Mining Safety Supervision), certification of NDT laboratories.
  • Development of new equipment and modernization of operating one at chemical and petrochemical production facilities.
