- For OJSC “TogliattiAzot” (Samara), a horizontal U-shaped two-section water preheater in the ammonia synthesis facility of 1360 tons/day in exchange for the CHEMICO device (New York – USA), a horizontal U-shaped water preheater with synthesis gas in the methanol production line and a vertical water preheater of the ammonia synthesis facility of 1500 tons/day were developed, manufactured and delivered.
- A double-case horizontal water preheater in replacement of the BELLELI S.P.A. preheater “hot section” (MANTOVA, Italy) used in ammonia synthesis facility by TEC (Japan) and a horizontal recuperative heat exchanger under pressure 25 MPa used in ammonia synthesis facility at OJSC “Nevinnomyssky Azot” (Stavropolsky region) were designed and manufactured.
- A liquefied ammonia evaporator tube bundle operated under pressure 32 MPa was designed for Production association “Azot” (Ferghana, Uzbekistan).
- A horizontal shell and tube water preheater used in ammonia synthesis facility with the capacity of 1500 tons/day was developed for JSC “ACHEMA” (Ionova, Lithuania).
- Research works were conducted, to develop the project and to manufacture and to introduce the highly toxic organochloride waste processing unit; derivatives might be used as raw materials for vinyl chloride production.
- A bubble reactor to obtain dichloroethane through high temperature liquid-phase ethylene chlorination at OJSC “Sayanskhimplast” (Irkutsk region) was designed, manufactured and put into operation.
- High-pressure gas pipeline for periodic gas injection to intensify oil extraction was designed, manufactured and mounted for oil and gas field located in Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomous district.
- Inspection and repair of ammonia synthesis tower with the capacity of 1360 tons/day were conducted for OJSC “AZOT” (Bereznyaki, Sverdlovsk region).
- Equipment for automation control system and for industrial process control of diagnostics and repair of alkaline accumulators used for railway rolling stock was designed, manufactured and put into operation.
- The acoustic and emission method to evaluate technical state of lifting machines, cranes and drilling rigs was used.
- A tank container for liquefied hydrocarbon gas safe transport (propane-butane mix) by rail and road, on-water transport in domestic and international traffic as well as to transfer gas from one kind of transportation to another without being intermediately transshipped was developed for OJSC “Sudostroitelny zavod”(Shipbuilding plant) (Nikolayevsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk region).
- The new construction (the invention) was proposed for a hub joint operating under pressure 32 MPa at the temperature above 400°C ensuring reliable impermeability of the high-pressure equipment: vessels and pipelines; applied in high pressure and temperature cyclic changes; may be used instead of flanged joints.
- External corrosion inspection sensors for apparatuses under thermal insulation up to temperature 150°C were designed, manufactured and tested (OJSC “Angarsk polymer plant”, Irkutsk region).
- Industrial safety expert review for buildings and constructions, carrying and lifting machines, drilling equipment and instruments was conducted.
- Expert examination of project documentation for chemical and petrochemical, refining industries facilities and mining production facilities and objects was conducted.
- Process flow scheme (fuel filling stations) to accept, store and distribute liquefied carbonic gas (propane-butane mix) to the customers was developed.
- Quartz grit chemical processing unit with the capacity of 50 kg/hour was designed.
- “Complex quality investigation for PMTB-200 pipes designed for the trunk pipeline construction at “Verhnechonskoye oil/gas/condensate field – Ust-Kut” was conducted.
