- Process piping of feedwater preheaters working at a pressure of up to 32 MPa , with operating temperature up to 360°C, medium is synthesis gas, has been developed for OJSC “Novomoskovsky AK “AZOT”, LLC “ZMU KCHKHK”, Kirovo-Chepetsk, OJSC “Cherepovetsky AZOT”, OJSC “Acron”, Veliky Novgorod, OJSC “Dorogobuzh”, Dorogobuzhsky district, Smolensk region, OJSC “Minudobrenia”, Rossosh, OJSC “URALHIM”, Berezniki.
- Technical designs were developed for OJSC “Uralhimmash”: on the E-107 № 106.508.00.000 heat exchanger, the С-102 № 160.659.00.000 vacuum column of the RHS/RHT unit for LLC “Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant”.
- On the object “Komplex set of sulfuric acid alkylation. Integrated sulfuric acid alkylation unit. Section of butane isomerization. Assembly unit of recirculated water supply at OJSC “APC” 15 technical designs were developed (containers, heat exchangers, scrubbers, tower, dryers and so on).
- On the object “Installation of catalytic cracking gasoline hydrotreating unit at OJSC “APC”, 8 technical designs were developed (catalytic distillation column Ref. K-105, hydrodesulfurization column Ref. K-201, amine absorber Ref. K-211, hydrosulfuric stripping column Ref. K-217, gasoline stabilizer tower Ref. K-307, amine regenerator Ref. K-401, second-stage treatment reactor Ref. P-301, a furnace of K-201 column, Ref. P-202).
- On the object “Hydrogen generation unit at OJSC “APC” 18 technical designs of heat exchangers and 7 designs of separators were developed.
- On the object “Oil hydrotreating and isodewaxing unit at OJSC “APC” technical design of “The F-2 tube heater process coil” was developed.
- OJSC “Minudobreniya”: change-out of a feedwater preheater Ref. 123-C1/C2 in the shopfloor №1 of the ammonia production.
- LLC “Angarsk petroleum company”: design study for the development of project documentation for pilot oil distillation unit with capacity of 25 thousand tons per year of raw material (GTC AT-25).
- OJSC “SvNIINP”: the development of supporting materials based on the plan of action required to achieve the depth of oil refining in accordance with the Energy Strategy of Russia.
- LLC “INK”: oil transportation system for Danilovskoe oil/gas/condensate field followed by the field engineering (author’s) supervising (1).
- CEN, branch of OJSC “IESC”: development of design and project documentation “Network tap VL- 0.4 kV from ES №7/400 “Vokzal” f.1 Cheremhovo”; “Electric network of 10/0.4 kV v. Gimil”; “Network tap VL-10kV Cheremkhovo, cottages at the gas station”.
- LLC “IST Trade”: petroleum storage depot with 4000 m3 volume, Bodaybinsky District.
- Technical projects of reactors R-101 (1,2) of diesel hydrotreating unit for OJSC “APC” were developed, followed by the author’s supervision over manufacture at OJSC “OMZ” and OJSC “Uralhimmash”.
- For OJSC “TogliattiAZOT” the projects of methanol separator for separating liquid methanol – raw methanol in the methanol production machine with D = 3100 mm, P = 10 MPa(7) and a U-shaped bundle of the high pressure heat exchanger for methanol production train were executed.
- For OJSC “APC” the projects of exchangers T-102 and T -101 were executed to heating the circulating hydrogen-containing gas of diesel oil production Р = 10, 25 MPa, T = 455°C. The manufacturer is OJSC “Volgogradneftemash”.
- Irkutskzheldorproject of OJSC “Roszheldorproject”: equipping of the SCC-1, Sukhovskaya station, the East Siberian Railway.
- LLC “Bunker base -“Terminal North”: expansion of the products range of Bunker Base Terminal North.
- OJSC “SvNIINP”: collection, processing of information, development of the technology and output of the design premises for the design of the petroleum bitumen production overhaul taking into account perspectives of the development for OJSC “APC”.
- OJSC “APP”: unit EP-300. The object 1928. Section of compression and cooling cycles. Compressor station of gas separation vol. 1928k, turbo-generator set Ref. M-5.
- LLC “Eastern Petrochemical Terminal”: “Construction of third stage of the petrochemical terminal. Store of deflagrable and flammable liquids of 90 000 m3 volume».
- LLC “Diteko”: a furnace P-1.
- For the OJSC “Vostsibmash” 2 technical designs were developed for V= 1000 m3 and V=2000 m3 VST tanks designed for Tp-22C dielectrical oil and MG-25V hydraulic oil storage at the Oil plant of OJSC “APC”.
- The design of feedwater preheater process piping Ref. 603 mounted in ammonia production processing line in the 1B shopfloor at OJSC “Uralhim”, Berezniki.
- Detailed engineering documentation of deaerator Ref. V 701 designed for feedwater preparation in the “Ammonia-4” shopfloor at OJSC “Akron”, Veliky Novgorod. The equipment is constructed by OJSC “Uralhimmash” and delivered to the customer.
- The technical design was developed of the 1500С0002 stripper being a part of kerosene and diesel hydrotreating unit at OJSC “Tatneft” of Refinery and Petrochemical Plants Komplex, Nizhnekamsk. The equipment is constructed by OJSC “Uralhimmash” and delivered to the customer.
- For CJSC SPA “NATEK-Neftehimmash” technical projects for the high-pressure heat exchangers Ref. 4200E0101 A/B/C and Ref. 4200Е0102А/В were developed, heavy coker gasoil hydrotreatindg units intended for the construction project execution were manufactured for Refining and Petrochemical Complex of OJSC «TANECO», Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan, Russia.
- LLC “Irkutsk petroleum company”: development of design documentation “Liquefied hydrocarbon gases receiving, storage and shipment complex”.
- Technical designs of thermal insulation for 3 V-600 m3 spherical storage tanks designed for LHCG and HFL were developed. Manufacturing of apparatuses and insulation work performing were completed by OJSC “Uralhimmash” for the purposes of implementation of: “LHCG receiving, storage and shipment complex” construction project at LLC “Irkutsk petroleum company”, Ust-Kut; “Condensate stabilization unit of the Achimovsky deposits of the Nadym-Pur-Tazovsky region” construction project at LLC “Yamalgazinvest”, Novy Urengoy; “The V = 9600 m3 tank farm of deethanized condensate” construction project at LLC “Yamalgazinvest”, Novy Urengoy.
- For CJSC “Peton” the technical project was developed: a reactor R-102 (1,2) for hydrotreating the catalytic cracking feed at P = 6.6 MPa and T = 430 °C, included in the equipment section of the vacuum distillate hydrotreater of residue deep conversion complex at OJSC “Gazpromneft-Omsk Refinery”. OJSC “Uralkhimmash” manufactured and shipped the reactor of 161 tons to the customer.
- For OJSC “SvNIINP” the laboratory equipment was developed to modernize the production technology of petroleum bitumen on the main stages of the process and experimental verification of the developed measures effectiveness for the purpose of further launching into industrial manufacture of improved construction bitumen with high competitiveness ensuring increase in sales volumes of finished products of OJSC “APC”.
- For OJSC “KuibyshevAzot” a tool of Q = 55,000 kgf was developed for lifting head piece (which includes a built-in heat exchanger and a basket with Raschig rings) of condensation column mounted in ammonia synthesis units AM-70 and AM-76.
- LLC “Angarsk Nitrogen-fertilizer plant”: development of some parts of project documentation “Reconstruction of ammonium nitrate production”: lists of civil defense activities, activities for prevention of natural and man-caused emergency situations, Industrial Safety Declaration; development of action plan for isolation and recovery of the consequences of accidents at hazardous production facilities.
- OJSC “SibVAMI”: development of project documentation for gas supply (propane-butane) of melting and moulding facilities No. 6,7 of LLC “KraMZ” within the project “Reconstruction of melting and moulding shop in “32-35″ column lines in the building № 9”.
- The recommendations for material design of hydroconversion unit pipelines of “Refineries and petrochemical plants complex” in Nizhnekamsk were developed for OJSC “VNIPIneft”. Technical project of deaerator Ref. V-701 for the JSC “Vostsibmash” on object “Methanol production unit at APC”.
