  • High-pressure equipment for isopropyl alcohol production of 50-100 th.tons/year, a column of 2-ethyl-hexanol (Angarsk petrochemical combine), a sebacate column for the Rivne chemical plant have been developed.
  • The development of the first domestic carbamide synthesis column with a capacity of 135 th.tons/year with a scroll housing was carried out.
  • The equipment of the plant with a splitter (hydrolysis apparatus) of periodic action V = 50 cubic meters was developed and manufactured for supplying to Cuba.
  • Local-immersion ultrasonic testing transducers for circumferential welds of high-pressure vessels were developed, manufactured and implemented.
  • Quick-acting gate for high-pressure vessels and apparatuses was designed.  The design of control instrumentation and automatics to manage quick-acting gate mechanisms was developed that considerably decreased down time of apparatuses during maintenance and operation.
  • In conjunction with Production association “Uralhimmash” using liftoff technique the new 14HGS+12H18N10T bimetal was derived.
  • 13 packages of equipment for gas-filling stations were developed and manufactured.
  • In conjunction with SPA “Hydrolyzeprom”  the furfurol production equipment was developed and delivered; ethyl alcohol production unit on the basis of raw wood hydrolysis was fabricated and delivered to Brazil; the wood hydrolysis plant in Nancha (PRC) was reconstructed.
  • There was designed: high-pressure equipment for new large-sized carbamide facilities having performance of 450,000 tons/year, 750,000 tons/year of methanol; new-generation ammonia production facilities having a capacity of 220,000 – 240,000 tons/year; autoclaves to cultivate artificial crystals under pressure 120 MPa; hydro chambers to operate under 60 and 100 MPa; pentacarbonyl iron equipment set, hot heat exchanger of EP-300 unit, the unique titan high-pressure heat exchanger to produce melamine at Kirovokan chemical combine.  Industrial and series production of these development works is set up.
  • Miniature automatic ultrasonic testing units to inspect weld seams of capacitive equipment, end blanks, edge overlay of scroll shells were developed and implemented.
  • Processing line equipment to produce 12,000 tons/year of furfural yeast and 400,000 tons/year of nutrient yeast was designed and manufactured.
  • High-pressure equipment set for large-capacity ammonia, ethyl alcohol and higher fatty alcohols productions was developed.
  • The country’s first high-pressure heat exchanger construction for hydrogen fraction methanation component operating at the temperature 560ºС in the presence of hydrogen was developed.
  • For the first time in chemical engineering the studies were conducted, the procedure and equipment set were chosen and the ultrasonic testing practice was developed to inspect turbo machine iron castings.
  • In conjunction with “Starorusshimmash” plant the series production of reactors and electric-traced autoclaves of explosion-proof design was set up; in conjunction with “Uralhimmash” – liquid glass melting autoclaves was set up as well.
  • The autoclaves D = 800 mm and D = 1 000 mm under pressure 70 MPa to grow artificial crystals were designed. The autoclaves for hydrothermal synthesis of artificial crystals were designed.
  • The country’s first horizontal water preheaters for large-capacity ammonia facilities were introduced.
  • In conjunction with “TEK” (Japan) the high-pressure equipment and pipelines to be used in ammonia processing line having a capacity of 475,000 tons/year was developed.
  • In conjunction with “HEPOS” (Czechoslovakia) the vegetable feed continuous hydrolysis complex of equipment with the performance of 4 and 12 tons/hour using absolutely dry raw materials with the hydrolysis apparatuses V = 20 and 80 m3 was introduced.
  • Miniature mechanized ultrasonic testing unit of scanning interface potentiometry type having tracking system to inspect checked weld of capacitive equipment was designed, manufactured and implemented.
  • Citric acid biosynthesis fermenters V = 10 and 100 m3 were developed, manufactured and delivered to Cuba.
